CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

The Customer Service Department is located at the main office of “Wod-Kan” Sp. z o.o. at Płocka street No. 106 in Mława. Due to their qualifications and experience the employees of the customer service department provide the Customers full and reliable information on the services offered by “Wod-Kan” Sp. z o.o. in Mława

Our offices are open for customers from Monday to Friday between 7.00 am and 3.00 pm (until 5.00 pm on Tuesdays)

Assistance available in office No. 6 at the ground floor:

  • contracting water supply and/or sewage collection,

  • providing read-outs of water meters,

  • collecting invoices,

  • cash payments for services provided by “Wod-Kan” Sp. z o.o. in Mława

  • information regarding current and default payments for water and sewage as well as other services,

  • launching or information on the method of launching electronic services provided by “Wod-Kan” Sp. z o. o. in Mława (such as e-invoices, SMS notifications, direct debits, etc.),

  • agreeing instalments of overdue payments,

  • amending contracts,

  • filling complaints,

  • reporting failures.

 

Assistance available in office No. 11 at the first floor:

  • procurement of water supply and sewage discharge as well as conditions of connection to water and sewage networks,

  • agreements on design documentations for investments within the scope of connections and water-sewage networks,

  • reports of construction of connections or water and sewage networks by a contractor other than “Wod-Kan” Sp. z o. o. in Mława.

  • ordering construction of connections and water and sewage networks with “Wod-Kan” Sp. z o. o..

  • technical commissioning of connections and water and sewage networks,

  • agreement on location and ordering sealing of an additional water meter or water meter for gardening purposes,

  • reports of failures of connections and water and sewage networks.
